Mike Mayberry, Vice President and Principal, has been providing consulting services to life and annuity clients for over 10 years. His innovative and creative solutions have assisted numerous clients in their actuarial needs. Among his areas of expertise include merger and acquisitions, asset adequacy analysis, product development, reinsurance negotiations and asset/liability matching. In addition, Mike serves as the appointed actuary for numerous life insurance companies and assists his clients in statutory, GAAP and tax valuations. Mike has also assisted numerous state insurance departments in financial examinations and approval of acquisitions. He enjoys rounds of golf with his family and trying to teach his two-year old daughter how to hit a golf ball. |
