Sarah Hoover accumulated over nine years of health insurance experience before joining Lewis & Ellis in 2008. She is familiar with group and individual health as well as the Medicare Supplement markets and State Children Health Insurance Program (SCHIP). Sarah is experienced in forecasting, pricing and reserve calculations. Her knowledge of current industry trends is valuable for all current and future L&E clients. Before becoming an actuary her prior teaching experience gave Sarah the ability to present complex ideas in a straightforward manner. She is able to take complicated ideas and integrate them in a usable and understandable fashion for her clients. With three boys Sarah has little spare time, but she enjoys reading, listening to music, traveling and watching professional baseball with her husband.
