Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data is stored by the Lewis & Ellis LLC on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Lewis & Ellis LLC engages, located in the United States. The Lewis & Ellis LLC retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the Lewis & Ellis LLC and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Lewis & Ellis LLC’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Lewis & Ellis LLC’s services. Lewis & Ellis LLC retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Lewis & Ellis LLC systems. All personal data that Lewis & Ellis LLC controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
