Brittney Phillips, FSA, MAAA has been with Lewis & Ellis since 2023. She has over 10 years’ experience providing actuarial support for health plans in both the Medicare Advantage and ACA-compliant commercial markets. Brittney’s experience includes preparing and certifying Medicare Advantage and Part D (MAPD) bids and commercial rate filings. She has also supported health plans with financial reporting and has served as the appointed actuary supporting year-end financial statements. In addition, she has also assisted state insurance divisions and health benefit exchanges in ACA market stabilization efforts, including providing actuarial analysis for Section 1332 waiver applications and feasibility studies, mandated benefit cost analysis, standard plan designs, and enrollment and premium projections.
