Justin has over 15 years of experience in the life insurance and annuities industries and is a recognized leader and expert in the actuarial modeling space. He has a proven track record supporting insurers and reinsurers across the globe with their most challenging modeling needs, including model architecture design, transformation and large-scale implementations, best practices review and runtime optimization, validation, and strategic guidance around governance and organizational design. Justin’s modeling experience spans across nearly all life insurance and annuity products and regulatory and capital frameworks found in the North American and European markets. He has particular expertise in the FIS Insurance Risk Suite (Prophet) and associated applications, with more than 15 years of experience in both hands-on and leadership modeling roles. Justin helps our clients design and implement cutting-edge modeling solutions by employing an industry-best, tried-and-tested modeling framework to develop innovative, best practice modeling solutions. He has also supported organizations in a variety of other areas, including financial reporting, Appointed Actuary support, audit, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic guidance. His strengths in leadership, actuarial communication, and actuarial communication are key to his ability to deliver excellent work product and guidance to his clients.
