Jan DeClue has a unique background which brings a wealth of actuarial experience to our clients. Jan's experience as both a reinsurance actuary as well as a consulting actuary has allowed her to develop a broad range of actuarial skills. Her experience includes life product development and pricing, statutory valuation, and experience studies. Jan's reinsurance background provides a unique perspective for the direct writer by applying extensive knowledge regarding mortality, product assumptions and treaty negotiations. In her free time, Jan enjoys attending her children's soccer, basketball and softball games.
